| Registration and Security: please bring a credit card and drivers license. | |
| Safety: Helmets are required. Please bring one if you have it. Younger riders need an adult. | |
Bikes: 20 mountain bikes and a few road
bikes we be available. Try them all.   |

| Course: You may ride several short courses
or pre-ride the race course. Similar to last year with hills, rocks, mud, more rocks and logs. |

| Directions: From Rt. I-287 & Rt. 23, take Route 23 North. Follow Union Valley Road to Stop sign. Go straight at the Stop sign. (this is still Union Valley Road) At the second traffic light turn left. Go past Camp Hope and bear left onto White Road. Go to top of hill and go left onto Warwick Turnpike.
